Vancouver IWFS members were invited to join Vancouver Chaine members to a culinary trip around the world as they celebrated “World Chaîne Day” in the iconic revolving Vistas 360 room at the Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront.
The special dinner was custom created by Maître Rôtisseur Chef Edmund Yee. The evening began with a “sparkling” reception with canapés, followed by an exciting “global tasting tour” featuring five action stations, each of which showcased the cuisine of a different nation, accompanied by a wide selection of wines from the Chaîne cellar. The beautiful Vistas 360 room itself revolved 360° each hour to reveal spectacular views of downtown Vancouver, Coal Harbour and the North Shore.
